in my role I work on shop floor and do handovers, dispensing , greeting people and I also get to do my apprenticeship theory work too.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

its really good for me as I'm more creative and find doing the practical side easier for me to learn but i also get the theory too and I get paid too

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed more confidence, I can greet people, I can do single vision dispenses , I can do handovers, i know how to work the computer system.

its really good and all my tasks are set for me and its all easy to find and I have a lot of structure

my employer is very supportive and she helps me when I need it and she guides me

I receive lots of support I can always message them on my work platform and they will always help

because I am working and doing the practical I'm learning along the way instead of doing the theory part and then not knowing what to do when it comes to actually doing it.
