Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We had presentation of the various teams, case studies and a training session that prepared us for the group project we had to present on our final day. We also had some networking sessions with current employees and have been paired with a buddy for the program.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The presentations were really clear, but the networking sessions were the best way to understand the business and the several divisions and teams. In particular, the employees have been really nice and sincere with us, allowing us to gain a good understanding of Rothschild

Refreshed my knowledge in investment Banking, and developed a clearer understanding of investment banking. I have improved my soft skills thanks to the various networking sessions.

How would you rate business leader involvement during the insight

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The atmosphere was very friendly, everyone has been absolutely nice to all of us. It was clear that all employees share the same values and identify with the company culture, which is something I appreciated a lot. They explained how Rothschild is focused particularly on building a long-term career for its employees within the firm, which is what truly differentiates it from all other IB companies.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
It was very insightful and fun. The HR team has been incredible, always available and nice to us all. The social event has been particularly fun, and it also created bonds within the inter team. This program has been able to build a strong cohesion within the intern class, creating a stimulating and cooperative environment.
