Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5 stars. my day consists of my apprenticeship hour in the morning. Then, shop floor work. Handovers from optoms- dispensing of glasses, collecting of glasses. Giving my advice on glasses- repairing of glasses. Pre- testing, visual fields tests.

It’s really helped me build on my communication skills, people skills and I’ve fallen in Iove with what I do.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Specsavers?
Do it- I’ve never spoken about a job outside of work as much as I have done working in optics.
