Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture from my experience is very laid back and casual. Although everyone is working very hard it is a very easy going place where emails often include emojis and teams chats share various giffs. It does depend on which division and team you are in on the specific culture - as some work much longer hours due to the demands of the job and may even be more serious. Personally, my team worked very hard and were extremely busy but had a very good life work balance and informal relationships with each other.
