Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
- Supporting the Medical Communications and relations managers with outreach to healthcare professionals - including dermatologists & GPs acorss 3 brands - La Roche‑Posay, Vichy and CeraVe
- Creating digital and physical content (banners, leaflets, videos) outlining product information, scientific studies, event details
- Managing content within the CRM system (Veeva) for medical representatives - updating materials and monitoring distribution
- Supporting omnichannel activations, including F2F meeting with HCPs and digital communications
- Contributing to medical event planning and supporting attendance or coordination of various conferences
- Forecasting, managing, ordering and tracking product samples and testers, including their consumption, to ensure efficient usage amongst the field team
- Gathering and reviewing feedback from the medical detailing team to assess how effectively different formats of communications resonate with healthcare professionals

- Learnt how to use Excel more confidently, especially for tracking projects, managing data, and keeping things organised.
- improved my PowerPoint skills, from making clear, professional slides to adapting content for different audiences.
- Developed my communication skills, both in writing and in person, when speaking to colleagues, agencies, and healthcare professionals.
- Learnt how to work with CRM systems like Veeva and keep content up to date.
- Built project management skills by juggling multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.
- Learnt how to work cross-functionally with different teams, balancing priorities and expectations.
- Developed my eye for detail, especially when reviewing medical content for compliance.
