Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at L'Oreal?
Very good! We have been able to complete 3x 6month rotations which have meant we have a great grasp on the business as a whole.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I completed:
A product marketing rotation
- creativity
- brand management
- marketing
An ecom activation rotation
- online expertise
- asset creation and briefing
- project management
A commercial account management rotation
- Account management
- external stakeholder management
- forecasting
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

depending on the rotation, but generally teams are very happy for MTs to contribute meaningfully and regularly
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

very well paid, you can sometimes work long hours however (but this is not encouraged or expcted! is just the nature of busy periods)

it is specifically preparing you for a career at loreal but you could definitely apply these skills to other companies
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone regularly, and there are readily available learnings and trainings

line managers tend to be very good.
there is no formal buddy/mentor system - you have to seek these yourself

work life balance is definitely encouraged

depending on team, but generally very very good culture
How would you rate L'Oreal initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

I believe there are a lot in place however you rarely hear about them/it is not clear how you can get involved and help
How would you rate L'Oreal CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?
4/5
same as above, I think there are a lot in place however it is difficult to know how to get involved - that said we have a yearly volunteering day which is enjoyable and focuses on the local area
