Throughout each rotation, I have been given a lot more responsibility than I would normally be granted at another employer.
Each role has had a level of entrepreneurship where I have been thrown in at the deep end and been allowed to develop my skills

Be yourself. L'Oréal want to see who you are and how you fit into the company. Be confident and do lots of research as there's loads of examples on how to ace interviews.
