Overview of the Role
Overall, how would you describe your experience at L'Oreal?
Additionally, my journey at L'Oréal has been characterized by lots of learning and significant personal and professional growth. I love that I've constantly been challenged to develop new skills, adapt to evolving market trends, and think creatively. Beyond the work itself, what truly elevates my experience are the amazing people in L'Oréal. The teams are filled with talented and supportive individuals who inspire excellence and foster a collaborative spirit.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
- Be responsible for driving ultra-premium & recruitment strategy with a sharp focus on accelerating core pillars and owning launches
- Manage 360 end-to-end launch excellence from asset management, local creative reworks, content page briefing to launch-day execution & results tracking
- Lead on the monthly and weekly data results analysis for the brand and market, sharing results with insights in a timely and clear manner.
I enjoy how my role is a perfect blend of data-analysis and creativity; specifically enjoy campaign management, media, and using data to shape strategies.

Crucially, the program's structure, allowing for three rotations over 18 months (six months each), is a significant advantage. This rotational aspect enables me to explore diverse areas of the business, try new things, and quickly gain a breadth of experience and a diverse skill set. It's really prepares me for a versatile career path.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?
In parallel, my day-to-day role is a constant source of learning. The diverse responsibilities mean I am continuously acquiring and refining job-related skills and experiences. This blend of formal development and practical application ensures a very robust and continuous growth trajectory.

It's an amazing place for professional growth, offering invaluable first-hand experience, project leadership, and continuous learning - especially the graduate scheme. The culture is incredibly supportive and welcoming, filled with the most amazing people you will meet! I think L'Oréal's marketing graduate scheme was also named one of the best/if not the best marketing grad scheme in the UK so highly recommend!
