Journey Mapping: Supporting the creation and refinement of customer journey maps to visualize and improve touchpoints.
Process Improvement: Collaborating with teams to streamline customer-facing processes and enhance service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis: Helping prepare reports and dashboards that track CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and customer retention.
Stakeholder Engagement: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric thinking is embedded in projects.
Project Support: Contributing to CX-related projects, including workshops, training sessions, and pilot programs.
