I help my opticians run smoothly, make sure the customer has a good journey through the store. I will welcome customers. Advise on glasses/lenses and dispense glasses if necessary, I will also deal with problems or any queries.

Overall, it’s is a well run business and they do care for you as well as treat you well. It’s a busy business but you learn a lot and it’s great for the apprenticeship.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Specsavers?
Be confident, be different and yourself. Fir my job role you don’t need many qualifications but they are a bonus
