I worked as an Intern at Lockton in the MMG department. The days consisted of introductory talks and Business Unit assignments.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a lot of responsibility throughout the internship and felt supported at every point during the internship.

Both the Early Careers and my Unit team were incredibly supportive and made sure I felt welcome with an ability to grow. I couldn’t speak more highly of the supportive nature of Lockton.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Lockton’s culture is a unique thing and it is something that we experienced throughout. The people are fantastic and always make you feel welcome no matter how new you are.
