Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
On a day to day basis, we would attend whole cohort talks in the morning. Afterwards we would spend the day with our business unit, working on assigned projects.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Fair amount, I was surprised to get to work on client facing tasks.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
We had various buddies in place as a support system, which was very appreciated. Having the grad buddies meant we could chat to people in the grad scheme and to get a feel for what the company was like for people our age. The onboarding buddy was great as they were fully integrated into our business unit.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Such a lovely environment, from the recruitment process to actually working there, the lockton culture is fabulous. As my first corporate experience the standard has been set high!
