Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My role involved montioring the service and in case of any usual trends, I had to flag it up to the righ team. It also invovled data manipulation and analysis, spotting trends and also liaising with other stakeholders to find out the root cause for any given outage.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a great deal of responsibility which made me feel a part of the team and also that I was able to add value.
