Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy my Level 4 Project Management course. It’s helped me build practical skills that I can apply directly to my role, and I find the structured approach to planning and delivering projects both interesting and rewarding. It’s also boosted my confidence in managing real project responsibilities.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I’ve developed my project planning and coordination skills, improved my ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and strengthened my communication when liaising with clients. I’ve also expanded my knowledge of health and safety legislation and become more confident in producing RAMS and leading site inspections.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well-structured and clearly organised. Each module builds on the last, with a good balance between theory and practical application. The support from tutors is consistent, and deadlines are clear, which helps me stay on track and manage my workload effectively alongside my job.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a high level of support from my employer. They allow time during the working week for study and coursework, provide opportunities to apply my learning on real projects, and offer guidance and feedback to help me progress through the programme effectively.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a lot support from my training provider. They offer regular one-to-one sessions, clear guidance on assignments, and timely feedback. They're always available to answer questions and provide resources that help deepen my understanding of project management principles and how to apply them in practice.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification has really improved my performance in my role. It’s given me a deeper understanding of project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and resource allocation. I’m now more confident in managing projects from start to finish and applying structured methodologies to real-world situations.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are occasional social events and networking opportunities within the company. These activities help build stronger relationships across teams and allow for informal knowledge sharing, which supports both professional development and team cohesion.
