My job role is carpenter and site management apprentice so I work on site doing both of these roles I started my apprenticeship in 2021 with complete fixings solutions and it has been a great experience learning to be a carpenter then moving on to management cfs has been a great help with pushing me through these courses and giving me the help and support when I need it to succeed their for I would highly recommend cfs to any aspiring apprentices to begin their careers.

I have enjoyed every part of the apprenticeship program that complete fixings solutions has provided me as they have helped me through every step allowing me to succeed and progress in my career

I have become a qualified carpenter and soon to be qualified site mannager so I have learned all the skills and knowledge needed to do these job roles and at a high standard because of complete fixings solutions

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship program is structured very well with multiple assets to help each other and communicate any problems that might happen as well as a very involved team to help and guide the apprentices through the courses smoothly and provide any necessary information / training needed to proceed
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received endless support throughout my apprenticeship when it comes to college work aswell as any training that I might need . Further more their is always a source of information and guidance when needed that the company will provide when needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received countless support in all aspects of my courses when working towards my qualifications such as preparing for the tests providing training and research to guide me to success
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel very well qualified in my job roles as I have the skills and the knowledge to do my job to a high standard .
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Complete fixing solutions have multiple team meetings and activities throughout the year some for training exercises and some for social activities such as rafting bowling professionally trips away to keep up team morale and educate .

I would recommended complete fixings solutions to a friend and I have recommended them to multiple people as I enjoy working for this company and all of the benefits it provides me such as training and qualifications. Furthermore the help and support provided for apprentices is unmatched
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Complete Fixing Solutions Ltd?
I would advise the apprentices that cfs knows what they are doing and to listen to their guidance and accept help if needed as they are more then happy to help in anyway needed
