4/5
Yes I have learnt plenty of new skills since starting this apprenticeship and upskilling some of my others such as my confidence, organisation and team working skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My tutor from my training provider is very helpful and is always ready to listen to my questions if I need to but it can be a bit hard to get a hold of them when I need to.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I haven't finished this apprenticeship yet but the work I'm doing for my qualification if making me me understand what I am doing at work more and opening my eyes to the world of events to fit into my life/work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes my team at work and Wakefield council's apprenticeship constantly contact me with extra curricular opportunities and things to get involved in. For example I am attending an apprenticeship of the year course .
