To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship learning new skills, and if I had a question I could always go to my supervisor or colleagues for help

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many new skills as prior to this I had no optical knowledge, now i can complete all tasks optical assistants are required to do

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program was very well structured and organised all my coaches and colleagues were able to support me and always on the same page with where I was at with my learning

I received a lot of support from my employer they were always there to help if i needed any help with any of the modules or tasks

I received a lot of support from my training providers (COACHES) they were always there to help if I needed any help,
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helped me preform better in my role as it had a written out criteria of all the things I would need to know to successfully carry out day to day tasks as an optical assistant, without this it would have been hard to know what was required of me

Don't worry if you have never worked in optics before as they will always help and supply you with the knowledge you will need to make you successful
