My day to day job was to make sure the appointment clinic was smooth running by confirming the appointments, making sure everyone is booked in for the right reason etc

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I would say a 10/10 that I enjoyed my apprenticeship, I got all the helped i needed and didn't feel like a burden to anyone as they were all welcoming and always there to help

I've learnt customer service skills, how to ready different prescriptions, how to adjust glasses etc

Why?

I would recommend Specsavers to anyone as there is a a lot of roles and jobs you can do whether its domiciliary, instore, call centre etc. There's a lot of opportunity with Specsavers
