As a Business Analyst my role involves analysing business pain points and problem and gathering requirements for solutions to these problems, liaising with delivery teams to understand the feasibility of potential solutions and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the content relevant and set at the right level for my skills. I enjoy applying what i've learnt.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am developing existing skills, but what I am recapping make alot more sense now I am asked to apply my learning as part of my apprenticeship.

The modules flow nicely into eachother.

I manage my own apprentice work myself, but I have the full support of my manager and senior manager to allow me time to get my apprentice work done.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There's is alot of extra sessions offered by Multiverse to support your learning. Sometimes it's hard to attend these due to other work commitments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it's very valuable and relevant to my role and I think more of our team should have the opportunity to take part.
