I help with the admin side of issuing documents and running spreadsheets but also helping clients with general queries.

I have learnt a lot about how to use excel and can use it confidently now. I have also developed my networking skills.

You receive a lot of support from your employer and there is always someone to go and speak to if you need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I think it would be better if there were more 1-2-1 sessions provided from my training provider as the study is harder than people think.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel the qualification gives me base knowledge for when certain situations occur at work and then you can put it into practise.
