Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to play and interact with the children and extended their development and ensure that they are developed at the right paces. On a daily basis I play and ensure the children have a safe environment to play in.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program a lot because I learn new things every week and how it can help me in my work when I work with the children and how it is good for them as well and for their development.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Ye I learned how to plan activities for the children based on their interests and and new experiences for them. I also learned how to give feedback to the parents or who is pick up the child, on how there day went, what they did and how it helps their development.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The organisation and structure is well organised and they have everything prepared everytime I come for lesson the have something new to teach us that will actually help you and the children.

I feel that my training providers helps me perform better in my role because the give me advice and the learning that they give me every week is very helpful and helps me do a better performance in my role.

Yes there is extra curriculum activities to get involved in at work for example we had a team building activity and we played games that will strengthen our teamwork and make us work better as a team.

I would recommend London early years foundation to someone is because it is a great place and you get a lot of support and the nursery’s are very good and you will get your qualifications quick as well.
