To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Quite a lot - i found the whole area very interesting and managed to grasp it fairly quickly

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Vastly developed my customer service and confidence, learnt how to deal with different patients in the best ways. and provide a comforting and friendly experience to all patients

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Fairly well - check-ins with coaches sometimes felt a little boring as it was a safeguarding check and a 'how re you doing' - so mainly a little uneventful as nothing really happened of note for me. Other than taht 6 weekly checks felt more beneficial as they gave me more knowledge into certain areas for around and hour each time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Directors/managers provided me with many opportunities to develop from shadowing co-workers, doing additional courses in store and elsewhere as well as weekly instore training
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training providers supplied me with lots of online workbooks to complete throughout my apprenticeship, where new ones were continually added throughout my core to correspond with what i was learning/training in store at the time, as well as 6-weekly meeting to catchup and provide knowledge around a given area of mine or their choice.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

with the new qualification I feel a lot more independent and confident in my ability knowing that I m fully trained in my role. as well as this i feel people my be more trusting and believing in my abilities as I now have the qualification to back it up

Don't hesitate on the course if you know nothing about the business or eyes
