I work as part of a great data team, paired up with a mentor who helps guide me through work tasks. I have meetings with my team and help build and maintain our data products.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the apprenticeship was the best decision I've ever made, specifically at Motability. I can't imagine a better opportunity; everyone is amazing and the work is challenging, fulfilling and enjoyable. I've never learned so well in an environment until now.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's well organised, at every step I have a good understanding of what's coming next and who I can speak to if I want to find any support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot! everyone at Motability is massively helpful, even those outside of my team have given great support. My manager is amazing and so is the entire team I work with, as well as my mentor and other apprentices. I've learned everything I know from them all.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Multiverse gives monthly coaching sessions with smaller groups so we can discuss anything that might be causing nervousness or to discuss how to approach overcoming obstacles
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I think it's very useful, especially since it covers aspects from all different types of data roles: data analysis, data science and data engineering. It paints a rounded picture and gives us skills that others might not have unless they've worked in other roles.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a lot of apprenticeship events and things to get involved with e.g. apprenticeship insight days, apprenticeship talks at schools, assessment centres for apprenticeship candidates

Why?
I've never been in such a positive environment, everyone is really kind and eager to help each other. I think its the type of place that people get the support they need to achieve their best

Show passion for what you're trying to do and be good at learning from others and teaching others when you get the opportunity.
