this involves learning different skills and knowledge within the motor trade (paint field) getting mentored in the apprentice work environment and also a block release at college
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the programme is fantastic staff/mentors are all friendly and supportive. I enjoy going to work every day and learning new things

as i had never worked within the motor trade before everything i have been doing has been knew skills and knowledge

the programme is very well structured within the work environment only being to college twice so far i cant really comment as we have not yet touched on the paint side.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

our employer is fully supportive and if we have any worries or concerns there all delt with. the company is very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

as stated previously we have not yet had much work from college, we have had an assessor come in twice which did answer any questions that were asked.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

so far no, I believe all the skills learnt and knowledge has come from the employer rather than the college
