Most days I work on Heat treatment solution treatment and pre-sit. If not I work in hardness and conductivity.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship because it is giving me life skills and that next step I need for my career.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Having the new manager join has helped to improve the structure. I am currently getting a new tutor and the handover has been ok.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I can ask for help whenever I need it. there are plenty of staff I can go to, including shop floor members and managers.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot of support, again whenever I need the help it's there. I have reviews every 6 weeks to go over progress, this helps to keep me on track.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

What I complete day to day is quite specialised however college and my apprenticeship has given me the basic skills I need to learn and progress.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
