Very structured, I work 4 days a week and 1 day towards studying my degree and everyone is catering to my programme whatever project I am on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, any issues I face, I can easily raise them and I am heard and action takes place.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It's very helpful as it's the theory side of things, and my role then helps contextualise what I learn.

Yes we call them 'giveback'. Networking events, different communities, currently I am the co-chair of the Technical Community.

Very supportive, very diverse and catering to different backgrounds and culture, a lot of room to grow and build skills and a variety of projects to be a part of to gain different kinds of experience.
