Very structured, I work 4 days a week and 1 day towards studying my degree and everyone is catering to my programme whatever project I am on.

I receive a lot of support from my employer, any issues I face, I can easily raise them and I am heard and action takes place.

It's very helpful as it's the theory side of things, and my role then helps contextualise what I learn.

Yes we call them 'giveback'. Networking events, different communities, currently I am the co-chair of the Technical Community.

Why?
Very supportive, very diverse and catering to different backgrounds and culture, a lot of room to grow and build skills and a variety of projects to be a part of to gain different kinds of experience.

Use IBM Skillsbuild to get some skills and add to your CV, make sure to subscribe to newsletters to know when they are releasing their apprenticeships so you can be one of the first to apply
