I think it has been a great programme as I have been able to rotate across different departments within HR which has allowed me to gain insight in experience in different areas.

My manager check's in on me regularly and always makes time to support me. He always makes sure I understand topics discussed within team meetings.

My tutor does reach out every now and then which is appreciated, however, I do find that some of the feedback is very detailed and not always relevant to my role and what I am doing day to day.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I have learnt a lot about theory and background with my qualification, but I do feel I learn best by doing the job each day as this experience helps me to understand better.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
To my knowledge, the organisation doesn't currently offer any social activities or sports teams, but there are often networking events which is a good way to connect with the wider organisation.
