Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I perform all Data Analysis on site, create dashboards and do forecasting. In addition I also manage the customer service team and we deal with complaints raised by customers and investigate these and send responses back to our customer.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

To be honest I don't believe multiverse are the best provider. They operate a one size fits all method which doesn't suit everybody, myself included. They need to tailor their approach more towards the learning style of individuals.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I've learnt a lot about the whole logistics world during my time with GXO. I've completed 2 apprenticeships and currently on my third.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It seem swell structured so far but very disorganised. Again, this could be done so much better. The course could probably be done without them as they offer very little towards the experience.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive excellent support from my manager, I couldn't ask for more.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Hard to say. A lot of what we've learnt so far isn't relevant at all.

Would you recommend GXO Logistics to a friend?
Yes
Why?
They look after their staff and make you feel valued. Support is given when needed. Only downside is they don't match up very well with other companies in terms of monetary rewards. This means we lose a lot of good people.

Do it, you'll have a great time.
