Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis i answer calls that come through whilst taking care of the admin side of nhs listings and hearcare admin,this requires ringing patients to triage them,making sure the diary is in correctly etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy the job however the apprenticeship work sometimes seems pointless

I have learnt lots of developing skills, with being young this job has helped me so much with my confidence

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised and structed, there is always someone for everything. Members of staff go alot more back then shop floor and optoms, e.g , lab ,directors ,coaches, contact centre, IT ,apprenticeship people

A lot of support, if I needed something I would feel comfortable asking for it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support , they help me be prepared months early they encourage me a lot to push myself,

It gives me some authority to make me feel confident in what I am doing
