Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My daily role basis was working in every department including picking, packing, inbound and stock control. Also, I had the opportunity to chose my shadowing department with the specific procedures of that work area.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my programme because it challenged me, helped me develop new skills, and gave me valuable hands-on experience.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned new skills for each department where I have been trained, and also during the shadowing period. I improved my communication skills by working with colleagues and my Managers. I learned to express my ideas more clearly, listen actively and helped me become more confident.

My programme is well organised, with clear schedules, structured training sessions, and very good support from Managers and Tutors.

I received a lot of support from my employer, helpful feedback from my Manager and access to resources that helped me grow and succeeded in my role.
