I have developed heavily on my organizational skills as well as become very adapt at note making. In terms of new skills, I have learnt how to use Visio to create in depth process maps as well as to use excel at a high level.

The flexibility of the business is very good in terms of working from home and in office as well as the overall culture and friendliness of the people your surrounded by. There is also the support given by colleagues to help you at any point

Make sure you are able to have a workspace at home for remote working and be yourself during the interview process
