Yes. I have learnt an incredible number of new skills during my time at IBM.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised. Always had great communication about what’s happening, even when there were unexpected events during my apprenticeship that meant having to move training providers halfway through!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Plenty of support. You can always ask for more support if needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I felt like there was a sufficient amount of support from the training provider. The support I got when getting my portfolio ready for EPA was very good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

In my experience, not at all. We had a few training courses that realistically were just tick box exercises and did not align to what most of us did in our day-to-day roles.

Yes, there are plenty of extra things to get involved with if you want. My project organises socials and football after work.
