I take great pride in my role as an engineer, as I have a genuine passion for the field. My day-to-day responsibilities involve proactively addressing work orders that have been requested while ensuring that any breakdowns are resolved promptly and efficiently. I am committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and strive to resolve technical issues to the best of my ability. My primary objective is to maintain operational excellence while providing effective solutions to any challenges that may arise.

In just six months, I have gained extensive knowledge about the factory's operations, providing me with insights I had not previously considered before starting this role. During this time, I have also expanded my expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering, further strengthening my technical capabilities.
