I support the PD Team with key administrative tasks. I manage Bill of Materials and Batch Manufacturing Records. I also keep records up to date in Q-Pulse. My role includes general admin support as needed.

Once a month, I have a session with my assessor where we review my progress and discuss next steps. These sessions are helpful because I receive valuable feedback that helps me improve and stay on track.

I really appreciate that my company organises coaching sessions with directors and managers. These sessions give me a much better understanding of how the business operates and how different departments work together. It’s been a great opportunity to learn more about the wider business.
