As an Operations Administrator, I play a role in efficient functioning of day-to-day business operations. My responsibilities include supporting various departments, liaising with vendors (indirect procurement), managing documentation, running reports (e.g. OPS KPIs).
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

One of my most enjoyable parts of the programme was learning new terminology relating to business administration. I also learned how to construct assignment reports to a high standard.
