My role and work on a day-to-day basis varies depending on the project I am working on, as the nature of consulting is. Currently, I am working as a data/business analyst which consists of gathering, analysing and documenting data on a daily basis. It also requires working across teams to understand how my work fits into the wider solution as other teams will also have requirements that affects my work.

Yes
Why?
Overall, my experience has been positive since joining IBM. I have learned a lot of valuable knowledge, skills and behaviours and have had the privilege to work alongside some amazing people on projects that genuinely make a difference to people's lives. Being able to contribute to such incredible projects so early on in my career is very rare and an honour.

It is imperative that you are self-driven, motivated and curious. IBM encourages a culture of innovation and exploration, valuing people who test the status-quo and challenge the norms. It is important to show that you are genuinely interested and passionate whilst still being you.
