To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my apprenticeship but found as I got more involved with work, I started to enjoy my work tasks more compared to the apprenticeship tasks

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt skills such as forecasting, understanding and a commercial awareness of my accounts and the best approach to take with them. I've also learnt about understanding my audience

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was well structured with regular check ins with my 'mentor' and once a month 'lessons' which were really helpful when completing my coursework.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was extremely supportive and did everything they could to help me if I needed.

The skills I learnt naturally helped me understand certain situations better, but my role is very situational dependant so it's hard to apply specific skills to the general day to day

Yes. There are networking events and trade shows. We also have an events committee which hosts various events throughout the year.
