Yes, within my time at Laleham i continue to develop and learn new skills. Ranging from internal and external interactions to decision making at various levels of business.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Overall it gave me enough time to focus on my job role outside the programme. But in terms of pushing myself there may have been better practices.

Its difficult to judge as I feel in my current role a lot of my learning has come through my supplier, but skills such as time management and prioritisation developed when having to complete my apprenticeship alongside my job role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a few teams to join for example 'The events committee' which allows you to have a say in social activities and events ect.
