Marketing - I do the internal posters, run the LinkedIn page and role out new branding across all sites
Innovation - support Account Mangers with new product concepts and hold hot topic sessions as well as attending events that showcase new trends

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have never enjoyed learning, but doing the apprenticeship at my own pace has been the thing I've enjoyed most as its relieved the pressure.

The job role is new to me so most therefore the skills i currently have have been developed with the apprenticeship and with my new manager in the role.

My programme was flexible with what work i was doing after i had the initial guidance from my tutor for the first few.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support!! Flexible with work load, targeting me to take time each week to achieve my 6 hours, supported with regular feedback sessions and reading through work prior to submitting.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Regular monthly catch ups, calls when needed, fast email response when needed. English and math support each week

Be open to exploring more than what's in your job role as it can open new doors,. Example - I started in reception and have progressed into a role I never thought id get.
