Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am learning all of the jobs on the warehouse floor, from stock that arrives till when this leaves the warehouse after been packed. Communicating with staff so we all know what is happening and are working together.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed the apprenticeship very much which as set me some new challenges and experiences. This as taken me out of my comfort zone where I have learnt more then what I knew before.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt some new skills on my apprenticeship which I would not have had the opportunity to do. This is all good as this wis creating new knowledge for me and developing new skills which I did not have before.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

This apprenticeship is well organised and training is provided for each different job. Any questions we ask people are there to help or advise us so we can understand what we are expected to do.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have had support all of the way through the apprenticeship from the management to help and advise us along the way. Any questions have been answered and explained to us.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider as been there to educate us on the work that was needed to complete the apprenticeship. Answering any questions that we have had and explain things to us so that we understand it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With me doing the apprenticeship this as improved my maths and English as we have been studying them. I now have a more understanding in how the warehouse operates and what is required in each different department.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have opportunity's to volunteer for events through work which is some times for local charity's or helping out in the local community. This where we can get to mix with different people and learn more.

Why?
It can be hard work but nothing is not achieved without hard work. The opportunity's are there for you if you are willing to put the hard work in. People are willing to help you when you have a problem and questions.

To give it a go and listen to the advice and training provided. People are willing to help.
