am a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at IBM UKI. I support the technical side of the sales cycle by designing client solutions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and helping to validate our recommendations through discussions and proof of concept activities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yes I very much enjoy my program, it is rewarding and challenging enough, whilst building great skills

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I’ve developed both technical and soft skills. I’ve improved my ability to design and present technical solutions, while also strengthening soft skills like active listening, adapting presentations to different audiences, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients during discovery sessions and solution workshops.

Not the best well structured in terms of starting off in my specific role but very structured with how we are protected and looked after

I receive a lot of support from the HR admin side of things to the actually support I need to complete my job

Often, I am constantly being put on course to learn more as well as getting funding for qualifications

Yes the qualifications helps me tremendously to understand what I am doing
