Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in different departments of Motability operations, learning the running's of the different areas and how they merry each other. I am doing tasks such as sending v5 documentation to appropriate people, changing names and address of customers on the scheme who's details need updating, auditing the driver forms we hold for 7 years retention. I will be moving on to learn the phone lines soon , answering calls from new customers wishing to join the scheme.

I have learnt new skills such as admin tasks, how to mail merge , use a bot , excel and word.

yes there are volunteer days the departments partake in. we have department days which are themed and fun. the company has lots of extra groups and meet ups for all staff.

Motability is a great company to work for. It can be challenging at times but there are lots of support groups to confide in .
