Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I dispense peoples glasses based off of their requirements and do their collections when they are ready to collect, any adjustments necessary and any repairs necessary, booking appointments, helping during frame selection advising based off of colour, style, frame shape, face shape etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it because I get to learn about the theory behind everything and I am able to share what I have learnt with my colleagues + customers
