Supporting my team to achieve their KPIs aswell as the AA
leading my team to deliver great customer outcomes identifying vulnerability's
Development work - supporting higher managers

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i think it helps support me in my day to day roles, with decision making to help me problem solve better and helps me with any on going projects or interviews i might need to do in the future

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes learnt about governance, legislations, methods and modules for different processes i use day to day which i didn't know about before.
i feel my way of thinking is improving due to the support of the apprenticeship.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

my tutor is great - hes very supportive and makes the takes seem simple when he breaks it down and explains what needs to be done in order to help me and achieve the end goal. Simon makes shows that he cares about his role and wants to get the best out of people which is nice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

By giving me project work to complete to help with my course work and giving me time to complete the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Alot - is keen to always geta meeting in every month with us and complete workshops in groups to help us with our work. is consistent and wants to make sure i know what im doing and how to work the system. hes available if i ever need any questions answering by email aswell which is good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

im only a few months in at the moment so hard to comment but the subjects ive learnt so far i think are great and looking forward to getting into it more. but its defiantly related to my current role and where i want to be in my career and looking forward to developing my career more at the AA and becoming an operations manager and i believe this course is going to be the thing that helps me get there.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Why?
because the AA cares about its staff and the development of it, if you work hard it pays off.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
be open to change - its important at the AA to move around and collect as much knowledge and experience as you can. ive worked in every area of customer ops and im looking to expand that by working in other areas. - The AA pushes this and wants you to be the best version of your self and thats how we are taught to be as managers push our staff which i love.
