Managing external and internal stakeholders such as external manufactures
Supporting my team to achieve their KPIs aswell as the AA
leading my team to deliver great customer outcomes identifying vulnerability's
Development work - supporting higher managers
Performance and Absence management
Collaborating with different members of the AA team.
