Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Hybrid role 50/50 split providing roadside breakdown assistance and managing a team of 23patrols in their roles. I cover everything to do with managing people from 121’s, coaching, ansence management and every HR item you can think of inc disciplinary investigations.

Very demanding balancing the role I do with study work and home life. I am enjoying the course
