Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Dealing with customers, performing pre-screening tests, dispensing glasses, frame selection and fitting, taking payments, and generally keeping the practice running smoothly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

10/10, I find it extremely interesting, I get satisfaction from the technical side of things, like figuring out the perfect lens for someone, and from the direct impact I can have on a customers journey.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developing an understanding of lens/frame types, frame fitting, advising customers on the best options for their needs and lifestyle.

I think it's amazing, I've enjoyed the pace of everything and how its been structured.

A great amount of support, my employer ahs always helped me with any issues/concerns I've faced.

A great amount, they're qualified themselves so they teach everything I need AND want to know.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it helps very well. It gives me knowledge and skills I need to perform in my job effectively. I think its given me a good foundation to build skills and knowledge and eventually progress through my career.

I have before, they offer MANY opportunities. Not just for the career I want to work towards but many others and it's such an interesting business.
