Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Training Operations Manager. I manage an operations team (back office function) of 14 people with 6 direct reports. The team are responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training, quality managing and upskilling of the Drivetech trainers, assessors and auditors. There are 500+ contracted trainers that work on behalf of Drivetech.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, the magazine structure of each module was helpful and informative. Monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions with my tutor were brilliant, well thought out and constructive. I also enjoyed the group coaching sessions once a quarter.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

enough - I had monthly 1-2-1 with my direct manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

more than enough. My tutor was brilliant and could be contacted outside of the scheduled 1-2-1 sessions.
