Daily Managment of a team of patrols, up to 25 members of staff increasing performance and dealing with claims complaints and absence
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the program, face to face training days where the best but with current demands I appreciate that teams is a much easier way to get the training sorted

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes the course was great for developing my Managment skills and giving me the confidence needed to achieve great results

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme got of to a rocky start but when took over our program I couldn’t have asked for better support
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manger was very supportive, if I needed time he would always accommodate,
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

was great, always contactable and there if needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training and qualification go hand in hand, the Managment skills and practises that I’ve learnt are very good
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Being remote workers it isn’t always possible to attend these kind of events

Why?
The AA are a great company to work for, staff wellbeing and benefits have been greatly improved over the last 3 years. The new future AA is definitely a place that cares about its staff
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
It’s not just a job it’s a lifestyle. Everyday you are helping people for the better and we always put our members first so being late home is something that happens a lot, the job satisfaction makes it worth while
