Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I learned about every department in the warehouse and I have developed many new skills, knowledge and expenses. Also, we met so many different people's backgrounds and experienced different activities. We learned so much about culture and how it is being celebrated. We are all like family.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the way the manager and team leader design the programs and how they are treated to individual needs. Also, they have involved me learning new skills.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned communication, numbers, tools, systems and processes, group actives, task challenges, different work tasks in the warehouse, etc.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's been so amazing with the daily tasks, communications with managers and colleagues and the responsibilities.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They have provided enough time to learn each department and training, tutors and time to learn while the time is provided.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We had lessons to learn English and Math and time to practise and to work on Aptem. We also have a tutor to explain what we have to do and correct the work that we have been submitting, to direct our next step.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I hope this qualification is going to help my career progress in the warehouse or somewhere else.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We had so many activities, participating in promoting Apprentices programs across the youngsters, group events, volunteering and development programs.

Why?
GXO is a better place to work and learn at the same time. Also, the manager of Apprentices (Sarah Ottewell) has been so supportive and encouraged us to be involved in so many things.
