Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

New skills, Tableau and Python. for designing dashboards and view trends. Enhanced SQL and Excel to allow a deeper dive into analytics. Also learnt the data Lifecyle, governance of data and the practical use ensuring we adhere to the business and legal GDPR. Also, connected with other data enthusiasts through the business

Very good. Dates of courses and timelines was very visual and gave a lot of notice

A lot. I had to commit to mandatory hours to complete the course, and I was enabled to put in as much time as necessary without being questioned

Hugely. It has transformed my career. I moved from an operation role to a data driven role and this enhanced my skills
