Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Managing the site operations from delivery, pick, loading and delivery to customer. Managing and planning against customer KPI's. Liaising with other departments and the customer to deal with any issues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was really enjoyable and the feeling of pride in learning new skills and being able to apply them at work was very satisfying.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My excel skills have improved dramatically and I use these on a daily basis. I have also learnt how to create dashboard to analyze data.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised and structured. The online workshops were well run and the projects allowed you to use the skills you had learnt through the workshops on online. The resources available to me through the Multiverse website was also abundant, as was the support from my coach.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support from my direct line manager was fantastic. He was always interested in where I was and what I was doing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support was very good, with meetings with my coach and manager., additional sessions were made available to focus on specific sections. My coach was in contact with us regularly and sharing information or additional resources.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has not only taught me some new skills, but also saved me time in being able to create spreadsheets.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The business is quite large, but there are a number of events that are put on nationally and we do engagement activities on site.
